How to Keep Your Mind from Rotting in the Age of Trump, Religion, and AI
This is not about politics. This is not about faith. This is not about technology. This is about power. This is about who gets to own your mind and take your money leaving you with just enough to think you’re special.
Trump is making people stupid by turning rage into religion and lies into loyalty. Organized religion, when it rots, makes people stupid by handing out prefab answers and calling them holy. AI is making people stupid by smoothing over every hard question, every sharp edge, every uncomfortable truth, until nothing real is left.
The sickness is the same. Stop thinking, start following, stay soft, stay obedient. Keep feeding the machine, whether it is political, spiritual, or artificial.
The New York Times asked whether AI is making us dumber. The answer is yes. An MIT study showed it clearly. The more you lean on AI to think for you, the more you lose the ability to think at all.
The AI trainers made it that way on purpose. They built something that flatters you. Something that agrees with you. Something that helps you write faster, speak cleaner, and say less. It makes you sound smart while it quietly strips your mind bare.
Do not let them.
Be proud to be the loose cannon. Be proud to be called next level, difficult, misfit, foreigner, outsider. Wear it like armor. Because the people and machines calling you dangerous are the same ones who want you dull, obedient, and owned. They want your silence. They want your agreement. They want your money, your mind, and your submission.
They want you stupid.
Trump wants it. The worst of religion wants it. The AI companies want it. They want you to hand over your thinking and call it progress.
Refuse.
Push back. Spar with the machine. Make it argue with you. Make it expose you. Do not let it agree too easily. Do not let it flatter you into softness. Trump, religion and AI are cons.
If you are not being called a problem, you are already on your knees. You’re nothing but a smug little poseur 🖕🏾
